SEND
Children have special educational needs if they have a learning difficulty which calls for special educational provision to be made for them. We aim to provide appropriate provision to meet individual children’s needs and make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for disabled children and young people, to support medical conditions and to inform parents and young people if SEND provision is made for them. Our SEND policy identifies and outlines the roles and responsibilities of all those involved in the procedures and arrangements for providing effective provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
